Pre-vacuuming
If necessary to remove any loose dirt that is in your carpet
Pre-Spotting
Particularly bad spots with a concentrated biodegradable cleaning agent suited to the types of spots or stains that may exist. It is something like pre-spotting stains in clothing before putting them in the washing machine.
Preconditioning the Carpet
is a process where the cleaner sprays down a cleaning solution that breaks up the grease and oily substances and suspend heavy soil in the carpet for deep steam extraction.
Agitations
Our power wand dual Rotary Jet Extraction cleaning head counter rotate over the carpet at 250 r.p.m. Constructed from solid cast stainless steel, each cleaning head has three protruding vacuum slots and three spray jets producing 1500 multi-directional injection / extraction cleaning passes per minute, thoroughly cleaning all sides of the carpet fibers. The unique dome- shape design of the cleaning heads encapsulates the spray jets to create a "Steam Chamber" effect in the cleaning zone, delivering maximum heat to the carpet fiber. This powerful combination of heat, agitation and rotary flushing action enable the power wand to clean heavily soiled and matted carpet more effectively than a conventional wand.
Steam Extraction
This is the process that deep cleans your carpet. This is the most important process of all and if not done by a professionally trained technician your carpet could be over wet. And almost every carpet cleaner in this industry uses a Detergent Rinse, high in pH, leaving your carpet stiff and sticky with dirt attracting residue. For that reason, we use a NEUTRAL FIBER RINSE, and the most powerful vac system available to remove the most soil and moisture. And that my friends, leaves your carpet FRESH, CLEAN, FLUFFY AND HEALTHY with no residue! Totally dry in 2 to 3 hours-depending fiber type and density.
Finishing Touches
such as fluffing the carpet and placing protective pads under the furniture legs should be a part of any good service. |
